- Big climb this morning — really hoping this is the last one so we can start making some distance to Guiyang. Legs dead from last 2 days #
- Had a big day. First 50km were major mountains again, and then rolling ups and downs to 118km. 75km to Guiyang tomorrow. #
- Power to our entire town cut off in rain storm. So much for watching USA in the world cup! Aaaahhh! #
- Got our power back before any goals scored! #

Photo: Faux-Minorities?
Many of the women in this small-town market on our way out of Yunnan were dressed like the ethnic minorities we've seen elsewhere in the province, but we were told everyone was Han Chinese. Either someone gave us incorrect information (which happens all the time), or these people are impostors!
