In other news, we’ve arrived in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi province after three slow days of cycling across an ice-lined corridor. Alexis successfully renewed his visa another 30 days, but prolonged exposure to cold has his right index finger impossible to bend, which makes pulling the brakes ever so difficult.
